Available for adoption after 04/03/2010

These two adorable homeless dogs each had a litter of puppies under the porch of a home in Missouri. The caring owner of the home pulled up some of the wood to get them out, and discovered that 5 pups had already died. One of the mothers had no milk at first; the other mother dog fed all of the puppies until the second mother got her milk. The mothers are shy, but really gentle sweet dogs. They are around 20 to 30 pounds. The pups are gentle and sweet and will need loving homes when they are 8 weeks old (around 4/3/10). They have been taken in by Little Paws Rescue (Arkansas).
If you would like to adopt any of these puppies or moms, contact: Mr Perry Boore at : http://www.littlepawsrescue.us/

HAPPY ENDINGS!!

These 2 pups were found stray in Dutchess County, NY.
We think they are about 6 months old, liver and white, purebred
German Shorthaired Pointers.  One is a male and one is a female-
they appear to be litter mates and they are extremely attached.
We would love to keep them together!  Update:  These lucky
pups were adopted together by a great family!!

This active little girl is in desperate need of a home.  She is a young adult around 40-45 pounds.  She was found as a stray in Dutchess County, NY.  This is a very sweet dog that surely would prefer spending time with a new owner over spending time alone in a kennel.  Update:  This cute little girl was adopted by the perfect
home!  She even has a new sibling to play with!

This incredibly sweet old girl needs a place to retire.  She was found as a stray in Columbia County New York, playing with a group of kids.  She's around 40 pounds, house trained, and heartworm negative.   We are hoping to find a home
for her soon- she's very sad in the kennel.
Update:  This lucky girl found a great home!!

Update:  These cute little kittens found a great new home together!

This handsome beagle needs to find a great home! He was picked up by the dog warden as a stray in Columbia County, NY.  He is extremely friendly and well- socialized, he keeps his kennel nice and clean, he loves to play, and he never stops wagging his tail!  He loves to play with squeaky toys, and he does this very cute wave while standing straight up on his two hind legs!  Update:  Adopted by a great home!!

This friendly male black lab is around 5 years old and is searching for a new home!  He was found stray in Dutchess County.  Update:  This lucky lab is feeling right at home with his new owners!

This cute pitbull mix was also found as a stray in Columbia County.  He is around a year old (maybe less) and loves to clown around!  He's got lots of energy and would love some new friends
to romp around with!  Update:  This cute pup found a great home with two new siblings to play with!

Please stop by to meet this sweet adult male beagle.  He was found stray in Dutchess County NY.  He is very gentle and friendly (but a little frightened being in the kennel).  He is vaccinated, wormed, and negative for heartworm.  Update:  Off to a great new home!!
